SMS communications are intended for customer care, conversational messaging, inquiry follow-up, appointment coordination, and service-related communication. EZKall AI is not intended for unsolicited marketing or promotional messaging.

Program name: EZKall AI Customer Care Messaging.
Program description: The program provides customer-care messages about an inquiry initiated by the recipient, including missed-call follow-up, service intake, scheduling coordination, appointment communication, and related support. It does not authorize unrelated marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies according to the recipient’s inquiry and ongoing service conversation.
